Given the Winter COVID surge, Citizens is again holding our weekly worship service online via Zoom. We chose Zoom because it allows our service to be participatory and relational.
If you’d like to join us, please visit this page and fill out the form for more information.
—————
Every January, Citizens begins the year by working through the Story of God. Over five Sundays, we cover the entire Bible narrative from Genesis to Revelation. It is part story-telling, part dialogue, where we wrestle with the Bible’s ancient telling of the human story.
Our hope for this time is two-fold:
First, we want to remember the gospel. Christians are story-formed people, and we want to be reminded as a church of the salvation story that forms us.
Second, we want to share the gospel. This format is a great way for people who are new and unfamiliar with the Bible to interact with the Christian faith.
If you need to be reminded of God’s story, or are curious what the Bible teaches is God’s story, join us every Sunday in January at the link above.
(And don’t worry if you missed an earlier week. We’ll recap the beginning.)
